About us

About us

On the 3rd day of January, 1999, we joined together on one accord to constitute and organize, "Word First Christian Church,"to glorify and magnify our God's Name. Our sole concern is to be a light to a dying world, and to lift up the Name of Jesus, our Lord.  For on the truth that Jesus is the Son of God, the Solid Rock, we established this church in the Name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Our faith and our security rest on these Words of Jesus, "and the gates of hell shall not prevail against My Church,"Matthew 16:18. As long as we understand that we have the victory through Christ, we must always "be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, for as much as ye know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord," I Corinthians 15:58.
